If you choose a service that requires a payment you will be sent a contract and/or invoice. Please be advised that contract and/or invoice must be complete before your booking date.
On-Location/In-Studio session pricing is for Dallas, Orlando and New York City. All other locations client will have travel and lodging expenses. Also, studio rental and the location selection is client’s choice at the expense of Creare, 60p/h max. Outdoor sessions are 2hrs Max!
Please note that all consultations will be held via zoom. Zoom meeting link will be sent via email If not received within 5 minutes please check spam. Consultations may or not be recorded for quality control and compliance.
All Graphics have a minimum of 1 (one) 15 minute initial consult and 1 (one) 15 minute review. May be longer or multiple depending on service needed. Graphics are aimed to be completed within 1hr of initial consult, but may take up to 2 business days of initial consult.

If you need us to write a treatment/storyboard for your video please book a 1hr consultation. (Be advised, the consultation is not the storyboard /treatment time. It is an opportunity to understand the artist and direction of the song. Storyboard/treatment will be completed afterwards.
